Yesterday, June 31st, access to the billing system was lost. This has been fixed as of today 7:30AM grid time. You will also see that access to the billing system has changed. It is now https://whmcs.discoverygrid.net and all links and billing related buttons in the DG WEB site now reference this new subdomain.
UPDATE July 1, 9AM
Billing/invoice emails are working again except for Microsoft domains: hotmail, outlook, live.com. Those emails may take up to two days to get resolved, as per Microsoft policy.

I am also working on reports of invoice non-delivery. This will take a few days to complete. In the interim, please use the {pay/prepay tier} button on the DG WEB site home page.
