Though I have not been able to contact Chris Colosi directly, he did post a status update on his Facebook page. Note: you need a FB account to see it directly, see image below. Note the lack of an ETA. He has to rebuild his site, may take a while.

April 6 - Gloebit.com Outage
Some time around 6:50 PM 8:00 AM grid time, the gloebit.com WEB site and all gloebit services went offline. It remains offline as of 10 PM grid time. Usually I contact the company through their WEB site, but that is not possible.
Please hold off buying/paying in GLoebit enabled regions until further notice.
