If you haven’t lived in an OpenSim environment before and are struggling to get your information out and have people come to your Events or Regions you will want to advertise not only with in Discover Grid but also on platforms that are viewed by people all over the MetaVerse. Here are a few that you will want to try:
1.) OpenSimWorld: http://opensimworld.com/
You can create an account, pickup a Beacon and place it on your Region (Note that you can ONLY have one on a region…so if you have multiple place on the region that you would like to showcase then place a teleporter nearby to help folks get there.
2.) MeWe: https://mewe.com/
Create an account, if you do not have one. You can then Join different groups where you can advertise and draw people in from all over the MetaVerse.
