The Grid Management Automation

Whenever anyone enters a region the automation checks whether the person has agreed to the TOS. This now applies to local avatars and also to Hypergrid visitors. Locals are instructed to log into the DG WEB site and agree to the TOS (this is unchanged). HG visitors are instructed to click on a link in the notice that takes them to the terms of service page. There, when a person agrees to the TOS, the HG visitor avatar is registered.
If there are TOS changes pending to take effect, there is a grace period before any action is take. The grace period is usually a month, and the notice sent to avatars indicates when the new TOS will take effect.
Once the TOS is in force and if the resident or visitor has already agreed to it, they are free to enter the grid. If TOS is not agreed to, then the automation will give the avatar a few minutes inworld to do so before sending them away.
